8 WEEKS OF 1 on 1 COACHING

You don’t need to become someone new to experience a more grounded, peaceful life. You need space to slow down, turn inward, and gently untangle the emotional patterns that no longer serve you.


Through one-on-one coaching, we explore how past experiences, attachment wounds, and unmet needs may still be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today. Together, we focus on calming the nervous system, building emotional safety from the inside out, and reconnecting you to your inner truth—so life no longer feels like something you’re constantly bracing against.


The Work of Love Heals is an 8-week, deeply supportive coaching experience designed to help you shift long-standing cycles, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate a steadier, more nourishing relationship with yourself and others.

  • Practice reparenting tools: compassion, nurturing, and emotional validation.

  • Explore how self-worth affects boundaries and attraction patterns.
     
  • Practice self-trust rituals and affirmations rooted in truth, not fear.

  • Explore who you are without the masks or survival roles.
     
  • Learn authentic communication and emotional honesty.
     
  • Release the fear of rejection by embracing radical self-expression.

  • Learn the difference between healthy boundaries and emotional walls.
     
  • Identify your emotional, physical, and energetic limits.
     
  • Practice setting boundaries through compassion and clarity.
     
  • Explore how true intimacy grows when boundaries are respected.
     

Goal: Build relational safety by protecting your peace without guilt.

  • Learn to navigate conflict with awareness instead of reactivity.

Each week, we’ll meet for a 60-minute 1:1 session, with the first 15 minutes dedicated to reflection on your previous week’s homework and insights. Together, we’ll explore tools for emotional regulation, communication, self-trust, and connection — guiding you to show up authentically in love and in life.
