Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, digital products, and coaching services provided by The Work of Love Heals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking services, purchasing products, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or services.

1. Coaching Services DIsclaimer

Coaching services provided by The Work of Love Heals are not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or mental health care. Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process focused on self-awareness, personal growth, and conscious living.

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase coaching services or digital products.

By engaging in services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and take responsibility for your own well-being and decisions.

3. Client Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being
• Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed
• Growth and transformation require your active participation
• Coaching is a process, not a promise of specific results
   

4. Coaching Program Structure
The 8-Week 1-1 Coaching Program consists of weekly 60-minute sessions delivered virtually unless otherwise stated. Session scheduling is subject to availability.

Sessions are reserved specifically for you and cannot be transferred to another individual.

5. Payment Terms
The total investment for the 8-Week 1-1 Coaching Program is $888.

• A non-refundable deposit of $444 is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
• The remaining $444 balance is due 4 weeks after the program start date.
• By enrolling, you agree to complete full payment regardless of attendance.
   

Late or missed payments may result in paused sessions until payment is received.

6. No Refund Policy
All coaching services are non-refundable, including deposits, missed sessions, or early termination.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of services at our discretion.
   

8. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and intended for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, copy, reproduce, or redistribute digital products 
• Sell or modify content
• Claim content as your own
   

All digital content remains the intellectual property of The Work of Love Heals.

9.Intellectual Property
All website content, coaching materials, digital products, text, graphics, and branding are owned by The Work of Love Heals and protected under Canadian copyright laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

Coaching sessions are treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited where required by law, including but not limited to:

• Risk of harm to yourself or others
• Legal obligations or court orders
   

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Work of Love Heals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, coaching services, or digital products.

You agree to release and hold harmless The Work of Love Heals from any claims arising from your participation.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if boundaries are violated, payments are not completed, or the coaching relationship is no longer aligned or safe.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province.

14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
